|
The amalfitan coast is located in the southern side of Sorrento's peninsula and it is one of the most enchanting places of Campania's region. The Amalfi coast offers not only bathing activities and excursions but it gives also the opportunity to eat grilled fishes and to drink a typical wine called "Lacrima Christi", this wine is produced in vineyards located at the base of the Vesuvio's volcano. From the road along Sorrento you can arrive in Positano, a little town located on mountains near to the sea. You can also visit the beautiful town of Praiano. Amalfi is the biggest and the most famous centre of the Amalfitan Coast. Then you will find the little town of Ravello, and its beautiful panorama .
